Head installed as well as a new water pump, timing belt pulley, and tensioner.

The blue tape is to keep the ports clean.

Picture of the combustion chambers.  Notice the black titanium nitride coated stainless steel valves.  The coating is supposed to reduce friction which increases horsepower.

I've since replaced all the exhaust studs with new OEM Honda studs.

A view of the topside of the cylinder head.  Those gold colored disks are actually titanium nitride coated titanium valve retainers.  Uncoated titanium parts gall over time.  The titanium nitride coating increases the surface hardness to prevent galling.
